What is the process to book?

When you send your request to book via the ‘book now’ or ‘contact’ links, Lana will email you to confirm the booking date, and provide you with payment details. Once your payment is received your booking will then be confirmed. Lana will complete the booking on the date specified and will email your reading/numerology report through to you.

How soon can I get a booking?

This all depends on Lana’s current schedule and availability. Feel free to use the ‘contact us’ to enquire about the next available dates.

How do I pay for my reading?

Readings can be paid via online banking (New Zealand), or if you are overseas we accept payments via Paypal.

Why email readings?

A lot of people prefer to have their reading emailed to them. This way you have everything written down and can re-read as often as you like, and really absorb the reading. Often when receiving a face to face reading you don’t remember everything that was said. This is why we offer the option to have your reading via email. They are really good to refer back to.

If I’m not in the same town how do I get a face to face reading with you?

Face to face readings will take place online via a video call or via telephone.

Can I record the reading with you?

Absolutely. Before we start our reading you are more than welcome to use your phone to record your reading.

Do you still do Numerology reports?

Yes I do, these will be added to the website in the near future. If you would like more information on these, please use the ‘contact us’ link to request more information.
